The prohibited types of activities include: the production of baby food, educational services, legal and accounting assistance, the financial sector, security, courier services, as well as several other areas.
Employers are given three months to adapt their workforce to the new conditions.
It is important to note that these restrictions apply exclusively to foreign citizens working under a patent and do not affect those who have a residence permit, work permit, or temporary residence, as well as citizens of EAEU countries.
Regional authorities explained that the decision was made after careful analysis and taking into account the experience of other regions in Russia. The main goal of the new measures is to regulate the labor market and improve the employment situation.
