According to the established rules, starting from May 1, 2025, entry to the park will be permitted exclusively for electric vehicles. All gasoline, diesel, and gas vehicles will be subject to restrictions.
Some social media users note that they periodically observe vehicles with internal combustion engines and hybrid cars in the park. Hybrid vehicle owners, in turn, report that they were not allowed entry into the park.
Comments express opinions that exceptions may be made for certain visitors, which causes dissatisfaction among other park guests.
Response from Park Administration Representatives
In response to the discussion, the park administration provided a comment. They confirmed that entry for internal combustion engine vehicles remains restricted, and primary access is designated only for electric vehicles.Administration representatives explained that the vehicles captured in the video had temporary permits to be in the park. This is related to the execution of economic and infrastructure works, including the establishment of recently created facilities. Construction materials, furniture, and other necessary goods are being delivered to the park.
It is also reported that permits were issued in a limited manner to service vehicles that are necessary for the operation of facilities within the park, including cafes and retail points, as well as to employees of the National Academy of Sciences for official purposes.
The administration emphasized that such temporary permits are exceptions, and mass entry of internal combustion engine vehicles into the park is not allowed. After the completion of the current works and deliveries, the entry regime will fully comply with the established rules.
