In the evening, users of several banking applications reported disruptions in online banking services. According to them, in a number of applications, certain services are partially or completely unavailable: transfers are not going through, payments via QR code are not functioning, or these operations are experiencing noticeable delays.

At the same time, payments by bank cards through POS terminals are reportedly operating normally.

In the JSC "Interbank Processing Center," it was reported to the editorial office of Kaktus.media that there may currently be temporary difficulties in carrying out certain operations through ELQR.

According to the center, this is related to technical peculiarities on the part of certain participants in the ELQR interaction network. Partners are already working to resolve the causes of the failure and are taking measures to stabilize the situation.
