According to him, with the development of digital technologies, the schemes of fraud are also changing. In this regard, the possibility of introducing a self-restriction mechanism for the re-registration of both movable and immovable property is being considered, similar to what has been done for obtaining loans.
“As of today, some property issues, as well as databases of technical passports and state acts on real estate, have already been digitized. Such a self-restriction will primarily be beneficial for elderly citizens,” the minister added.

Law enforcement agencies urge citizens to remain vigilant. They remind that police officers, bank employees, and government officials never request transfers to bank cards or confidential banking information.
