The deputy proposed using the ground floors of mortgage buildings for social needs
At today's meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Bolot Saginayev proposed the rational use of the ground floors of mortgage buildings.
He emphasized the importance of using these spaces not for commercial purposes, but for social needs. According to the deputy, there is a shortage of facilities for the development of education, culture, and sports in the regions.
“I propose to transfer spaces ranging from 50 to 100 square meters to local authorities. This will allow these premises to be handed over to institutions such as the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, for the creation of educational centers, sports sections, and courses on national games,” noted Saginayev.
The parliamentarian added that this initiative will help improve the accessibility of infrastructure for youth and address issues related to the lack of buildings.
“As a result, favorable conditions will be created for sports activities and additional education for the younger generation,” concluded Deputy Bolot Saginayev.
