The Deputy Akim of the district, Kanibek Esenaliev, reported that the main festivities will be held at the Dörbölzhün square in the village of Bayetov. Participation is expected from representatives of local aiyl okmotus and employees of district institutions and organizations.
The event organizers have prepared a diverse program aimed at preserving and promoting Kyrgyz national traditions. In particular, among the planned competitions will be:
- a competition for preparing sümölök;
- competitions for the quick and quality setup of yurts;
- an exhibition of folk applied arts;
- a contest for the best dish of national cuisine.
The festive events will be accompanied by sports competitions and concerts. Winners of the contests will receive cash prizes.
