The organizing committee, established by the Ministry of Justice in December 2025, was responsible for preparing this important event, including discussions of document drafts with participants in advance.

One of the main topics of discussion was the idea of Kyrgyzstan joining the Singapore Convention on Mediation. Participants expressed the opinion that this would allow for the recognition of agreements reached during mediation at the international level.
