Today, at a meeting of the Central Election Commission, the early termination of the powers of the Jogorku Kenesh deputy Gulsunkan Junushalieva was announced.
During the meeting, the commission members reviewed Junushalieva's personal statement in which she requested to terminate her powers. As a result of the voting among the nine commission members, a decision was made to recognize her deputy certificate as invalid.
It is worth noting that Gulsunkan Junushalieva was elected from electoral district No. 29, receiving 6,688 votes in the elections.
