According to reports, the mayor noted that the transformation of the land plot on which the complex is being built is currently underway.
"The construction company has been instructed not to suspend work and to adhere to the established schedule. Additionally, the mayor emphasized that all operations must comply with legislative norms, while also highlighting the importance of high-quality execution of construction work," the official statement said.
