According to the minister, a "drone summit" is scheduled for May 27, where military experts and high-ranking representatives from NATO countries are expected to attend. A day before this, demonstration tests are planned at the "Selija" training ground.

More than 1,500 participants from 20 countries that are part of the Drone Coalition, as well as other allied states, will take part in the event. Politicians, military personnel, scientists, and industry representatives will discuss the future of unmanned technologies in the defense sector. The expert panel will focus on the advantages and limitations of using drones in combat conditions, as well as their impact on combat operations, ethical issues, and aspects of military service.
