The aim of the new resolution is to improve the analysis of labor market demands and to plan the training of specialists in the field of vocational education.
According to this document, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration will coordinate efforts to analyze and predict the demand for personnel in the economy.
As part of the new strategy:
- The Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Innovation will provide information every three years on the number of graduates from vocational educational institutions and their employment;
- Educational institutions are required to take into account the forecasted demand for personnel when organizing the training of specialists;
- The National Statistical Committee will analyze the number of employees across various sectors of economic activity;
- The State Tax Service will provide necessary data for labor market analysis upon request.
Funding for expenses related to the implementation of this resolution is planned to begin in 2027 from the republican budget and other legal sources.
Furthermore, the government resolution dated March 26, 2012, No. 203, which previously approved the methodology for forecasting labor resource needs, has been repealed.
This resolution will come into effect in a week.
