According to the information outlined in the decree, 13.2 hectares of irrigated agricultural land located in the Dobol aiyl aimak of the Naryn district will be changed from the category of "agricultural land" to lands for industry, transport, communications, energy, defense, and other purposes.
The plot, which is state-owned, is located within boundaries No. 4 and No. 129. Its transformation is being carried out to establish a base for the Border Service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
The Naryn District State Administration has been tasked with:
- making adjustments to the land accounting documents;
- ensuring the use of the plot in accordance with its intended purpose;
- developing and approving urban planning documents in accordance with current legislation;
- complying with environmental, sanitary, and construction safety standards.
Additionally, if there are objects of historical and cultural heritage on the site, it is necessary to organize their protection and involve archaeologists for monitoring during earthworks.
Furthermore, it is essential to adhere to environmental safety requirements, aviation regulations, and conduct monitoring of potential natural risks.
This decree will come into effect in ten days.
