Father's Day Celebrated in Kara-Kul
Present at the event were Deputy Mayor Manas Abdykalykov, as well as heads of various city institutions and enterprises. Among the participants were both role models—exemplary fathers—and single fathers who are raising their children on their own.
During the celebration, Manas Abdykalykov delivered a speech, emphasizing that according to the law of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, March 15 is celebrated as Father's Day. He highlighted the importance of the father's role in the family, his responsibility for raising children, and the significance of this role in society. The deputy mayor congratulated all fathers on the holiday and wished them health, happiness, and family well-being.
Additionally, the staff of the "Energetik" House of Culture prepared a concert program that lifted the spirits of all those present.
For the celebration, 150,000 soms were allocated from the local budget, and 150 fathers received 1,000 soms each in their accounts as financial assistance. This support is aimed at recognizing the importance of fathers in society and promoting family values.
It is important to note that Father's Day is a significant date that contributes to strengthening family foundations, increasing fathers' responsibility in raising children, and fostering respect for parents in society.
