“Amir has always been a healthy child. We never suspected that he could have such a dangerous disease,” shares his mother, Firuza Dusmakhmadova.
It was his older sister Erkehan who first raised the alarm about potential problems with her brother.
“She works as a pharmacist and returned home after a long shift. At that moment, she noticed that Amir's skin had turned yellow. We, being nearby, did not notice any changes,” says Firuza.
According to her, Amir needs a liver transplant because the disease was diagnosed at the last stage, and there is no time to wait.
“He complained of headaches several times, but we didn’t pay attention to it since there were no other symptoms. If we had known about this earlier, we might have been able to avoid serious consequences,” she adds.
“The operation at the clinic in Turkey costs $50,000. We have managed to gather just under half of this amount with the help of relatives and friends, but we are unable to pay the full cost. Therefore, we decided to ask for help from all Kyrgyzstanis,” the mother explains.
I am asking for your help for my son in the holy month of Ramadan. If we do not perform the operation as soon as possible, it may be too late.Amir's father works as a builder, and his mother is a housewife. Unfortunately, the family's income is not enough to cover the expenses for the liver transplant and related costs.
