Mukhtarbek Usenov shared that he signed a contract with the company in December 2018, according to which his apartment was supposed to be delivered by January 31, 2021. "The building is still not ready. When I purchased, the company's director was a citizen O.Z., who, as it turned out, sold the business to M.A. in 2024. According to my calculations, 90% of the investors have already fully paid for their apartments. The houses were supposed to be completed. I conducted an analysis of four projects. In particular, regarding the 'Victoria' project, it became known that the money for 30 apartments did not even reach the company's account. As a result, our apartments have still not been delivered. An audit is currently underway, and we are awaiting its results," he said.
Usenov also noted that the current leaders of the company are under arrest. According to him, the previous management allegedly mortgaged one of the properties at the bank and directed the funds received from the investors towards the construction of a gas block production plant.
Guldar Alimseitova reported on the purchase of two apartments in two different projects of the company. According to the terms of the contract, they were supposed to be delivered in 2024, but the work has still not been completed.
Other investors also mentioned that in some projects they purchased, construction had not even started, and the land plots for them had not yet been acquired.
