Turkey denies the influence of the Middle Eastern conflict on tourism

In a statement from the authorities, it is emphasized that despite the active coverage of conflicts in some Middle Eastern countries by international media, Turkey is not involved in these events. All tourist destinations remain open and safe for travelers.

Resorts and cities such as Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Izmir, and Cappadocia continue to welcome tourists from Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific countries without any restrictions.

According to official information, all hotels, resorts, and excursion programs are operating as usual. No restrictions or closures that could affect tourism activities have been introduced.

International airports in Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Izmir, and other cities are also functioning smoothly. Airlines continue to operate flights according to schedule, and no cancellations of flights to Turkey due to regional conflicts have been reported.

Furthermore, the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism noted that bookings for the summer season of 2026 are actively ongoing, and interest from international travelers remains stable. If necessary, the ministry is ready to provide additional information to its partners.
