“Undoubtedly, they face fatigue, but when patients seek help, it is important to treat them with due respect. Sit them down, offer a glass of water. We often receive complaints about rude treatment,” the deputy stated.
Tilek Mamadaliev, Deputy Minister of Health, agreed that this problem exists.
“As Chingiz Aitmatov said, the hardest thing is to remain human every day. Unfortunately, some staff sometimes behave inappropriately. I apologize for this. We will actively work on solving this problem,” he assured.
