On March 12, as part of the key handover ceremony, four units of specialized equipment were transferred to the municipal enterprise "Manas Tazalyk".
The event was attended by the mayor of the city and the head of the region. Baigazy Ergeshov, the director of the enterprise, noted that the new equipment was purchased thanks to funding from the regional development fund.
“Previously, we did not have specialized machines for winter clearing of pedestrian paths,” he added.
These small tractors are designed for snow removal and sweeping. They will significantly simplify the work for the staff.
Before the arrival of the new equipment, road cleaning was done manually with shovels.
“We submitted a project to the Jalal-Abad regional development fund, and they allocated 7 million 100 thousand soms, which allowed us to purchase 4 units of equipment,” Ergeshov explained.
Additionally, he reported that in 2025, 12 more units of equipment were purchased for the enterprise using the city budget funds.
The municipal enterprise "Manas Tazalyk" employs 178 people, and they have more than 30 units of specialized equipment. Every day, 350 tons of waste are removed from the city.
