According to the information from the financial and economic department, in 2025, the accumulated account received 506 million 239 thousand 998 soms in the form of state duty. This is a significant increase compared to 2024, when the collections amounted to 449 million 606 thousand 470 soms.
The first-instance courts considered 171 thousand 48 civil cases and materials in 2025.
Although the overall growth was 6 percent compared to the previous year, experts noted a noticeable slowdown in the dynamics of claims. Unlike previous years, when the annual growth reached 20–30 percent, this year the pace has significantly decreased. Specialists attribute this to new legislative initiatives that have moved some disputes to the pre-trial stage.
According to statistics, 95 percent of the parties agreed with the decisions made and did not file complaints. The administrative cases panel reviewed 1 thousand 316 cases, while the criminal cases panel reviewed 1 thousand 584 cases. Out of 793 cassation complaints, the courts satisfied 231, which constitutes 29.13 percent.
