According to information obtained from monitoring internet outages, Telegram users are reporting various issues with the messenger. The majority of complaints are coming from countries such as Russia, the USA, and Germany, as reported by "RIA Novosti," citing data from Detector404.

In the last hour, over 2400 complaints have been registered, and more than 5300 in the last 24 hours. Users from Russia are particularly active in reporting issues, including residents of St. Petersburg, the Magadan region, and the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, as well as complaints from American and German users.
