A resident of the Chui region is keeping a vessel, presumably made 500 years ago, reported a Turmush correspondent.

According to the local resident, the jug was found by his father's friend during the Soviet Union era and passed on to him. It is said that it was used by the inhabitants of the ancient city of Nevaket.

“I don’t want to reveal my name because everything that is found is considered state property. I keep the vessel in memory of my father. When the time comes, I will give it to a museum or to someone who values antique items. The jug is made of ceramics,” he said.
Note:

Nevaket is an ancient city in Kyrgyzstan, also known as the Krasnorechenskoye settlement, located 30 km from Bishkek in the Chui Valley. It existed from the 8th to the 12th centuries and served as an important stop on the Great Silk Road. The city was inhabited by Sogdians, Turks, and Karluks and was a center of various religions: Buddhism, Islam, Christianity, and Zoroastrianism. An important artifact is a clay statue of Buddha. The Christians of Nevaket in the 12th century became part of the Kashgar Nestorian Metropolis, headed by the "Metropolitan of Kashgar and Nevaket." Christian burials from the 7th-8th centuries have been found in the city, one of which contained a bronze cross. The leader of the Christian community was a Turk named Yaruk-tegin. A missionary school also operated in Nevaket, from where preachers were sent to Semirechye, the Great Steppe, and even to China. The Nestorian missionary Subhalyeshu, sent from Persia, gained fame. Nestorianism spread from Nevaket among the nomadic peoples and later reached Eastern Turkestan, being accepted by some settled Uyghurs.

On June 25, 2014, at a meeting of the Intergovernmental Committee for UNESCO World Heritage, it was decided to include the settlements of Krasnaya Rechka (Nevaket), Ak-Beshim (Suyab), and Burana (Balasagun) in the World Cultural Heritage list as part of the transnational serial nomination "Silk Road: The Initial Section and Network of Routes of the Tian Shan Corridor."
