According to the administration, the raid was conducted both in the Issyk-Ata district and in the city of Kant itself, with the aim of identifying minors who are unaccompanied by parents or guardians at night.
Specialists checked various public places, such as cafes, internet clubs, markets, and other areas where teenagers might gather. As a result of this inspection, 20 minors were found unattended. Explanatory work was carried out with the parents and legal representatives of the children, after which protocols were drawn up against them in accordance with the norms of the KR Code on Offenses.
- It is important to remember that according to current legislation, minors (those under 18 years old) are prohibited from being in public places from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM without the accompaniment of parents or guardians. Parents bear full responsibility for the upbringing, maintenance, and safety of their children.
