The complication of the DV-2027 program conditions
Participation in the Green Card DV-2027 lottery has become more difficult, as noted by many candidates.
Now, to submit an application, it is necessary not only to provide passport details but also to upload a scan of the page with the photograph and signature. Additionally, a mandatory fee of 1 dollar for submitting the application has been introduced.
The legal terminology has also changed: instead of the terms "gender" and "age," the strictly defined terms "biological sex" and "date of birth" are now used. The instructions for consuls have added the word "shall," which limits the possibility of a flexible approach when verifying the submitted data.
