The reason for the price increase is the transition of the state institution "Kyzmat" to a self-financing model. According to the new rates, the cost of various services has changed:

- in case of loss or damage — from 1,605 to 2,068 soms;
- for changes in name or address — from 1,465 to 1,928 soms;

The change in tariffs is due to the transition of the state institution "Kyzmat" to self-financing, which implies funding the institution's expenses from its own revenues.
