Official urges Bishkek City Council deputies not to protect the interests of individuals
At a meeting of the Bishkek City Council, the topic of constructing new infrastructure in the Alamedin-1 microdistrict was discussed.
During the discussion, deputies raised the issue of demolishing parking lots No. 3 and No. 5, which has led drivers to park their cars in unauthorized places, including green zones and the yards of residential buildings.
The city hall noted that new infrastructure projects are actively developing in this area.
“Unfortunately, Alamedin-1, don’t be offended by me, residents, has been forgotten in recent years. But now the city hall has finally paid attention to the needs of the residents — a bridge has been built, and soon a beautiful square will appear. There are also plans to create something like a park,” said Deputy Mayor Ramiz Aliyev.
In addition, opposite the new square, a multi-level parking lot is planned to be built, which will be accessible to all drivers, not just a select group of people, the official emphasized and urged deputies not to support the interests of individuals.
