As of March 9, 2026, the Mandatory Health Insurance Fund of Kyrgyzstan has started accepting applications for the addition of new medications to the subsidized medication provision system.
According to the fund, this initiative aims to improve the accessibility of necessary medications for citizens and reduce the financial burden of treating chronic diseases.
The addition of new drugs to the "List of Subsidized Medications" will allow insured citizens to purchase medications at discounts of up to 50% off their original prices.
As part of this initiative, relevant medical organizations are invited to participate in compiling an up-to-date list of medicinal products.
Applications are accepted from March 9 to April 9, 2026, at the email address: zayavki.foms@mail.ru.
When sending an email, please indicate the name of the medication and the date of application submission in the subject line.
Applications can be submitted by:
- The Ministry of Health of Kyrgyzstan;
- Medical institutions;
- Professional associations in the field of medicine;
- Holders of registration certificates for medications;
- Patient organizations.
