According to him, although the work was completed, noticeable defects indicate poor quality of execution. He mentioned that the surface of the sidewalk is uneven and has developed depressions that could eventually turn into real potholes.
The complainant urges the city hall to strengthen control over the quality of such work, as they are funded by taxpayers' money.
