In order to launch the new ‘Bala Irysy’ allowance, the Ministry of Labor, Social Security, and Migration of Kyrgyzstan has formed an operational working group. As reported on the air of Birinchi Radio by the First Deputy Minister of Labor, Kamchybek Dosmatov, the group is working on the development of mechanisms and instructions for the implementation of the payments.
He also noted that the allowance will be available for all children from birth to three years of age. It is expected that about 450,000 children will be able to receive this assistance.
Let us remind you that earlier President Sadyr Japarov signed a decree introducing a new state allowance ‘Bala Irysy’, which will amount to 1,200 soms for each child until they reach the age of three, regardless of the family's income.
