This initiative is being implemented within the framework of the "Youth" law and aims to improve the knowledge of young families in the areas of child-rearing and family life.
According to the new resolution, special training courses will be created, which can be conducted with the participation of local and state authorities.
Funding for these activities will be provided from the budgets of the relevant state institutions, as well as from other permitted sources.
The Ministry of Labor, Social Protection, and Migration, along with the Ministry of Culture, Information, and Youth Policy, is tasked with adapting their decisions to this resolution.
The new document will come into effect 10 days after its signing.
