The State Institution "Kyzmat," which is under the management of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, has announced its transition to self-financing. This was reported by the institution's press service.
This decision is the result of a decree by the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, adopted on January 26, 2026, under number 11, which pertains to measures for improving the operations of organizations subordinate to the Presidential Administration.
Previously, the financing of the State Institution "Kyzmat" was provided from the republican budget; however, starting from January 1, 2026, the institution began to operate based on its own funds.
The changes also affect the tariffs for state services, which have been revised. The new tariffs can be found in the attached document.
As explained by the institution, the transition to self-financing is aimed at sustainable development, improving digital infrastructure, and enhancing the quality of public services provided to the population.
Currently, the State Institution "Kyzmat" is actively working on the digitalization of public services and their transition to electronic format, which should improve accessibility, speed, and convenience of service delivery for citizens.
There are also plans for a phased modernization of the Centers for Public Services to meet modern international standards, which, in turn, should enhance service quality and create more comfortable conditions for visitors.
