Raid "Spontaneous Trade": Offenders Fined for Illegal Sale of Goods Along Roads
The aim of this event is to enhance safety on the roads. It is focused on combating the illegal sale of fuel and lubricants, beverages, food products, as well as construction and household goods in unauthorized locations. Additionally, the raid includes monitoring the situation and conducting explanatory work with citizens, as explained by the department.
The Road Traffic Safety Department of the Moscow District also reported imposing a fine on a citizen who was engaged in the illegal sale of fuel.
“We are conducting the raid along with explanatory work for the public. Recently, we have noticed that residents from other districts come here to sell fuel. For example, last month a resident of the Panfilov District was detained, and on March 8, a fine of 3000 soms was issued to a resident of the Sokuluk District for selling fuel,” added the traffic police inspectors.
According to available data, there is no competition in the Moscow District, which makes selling goods along the roads particularly profitable for traders.
