The Narzan rural administration demonstrates high indicators in socio-economic development, with a population of about 36,000 people, among whom women are predominant.
Currently, 14 women hold responsible positions in the rural administration, including social workers, accountants, and secretaries.
Speaking to those present, the head of the rural administration, Iskender Oskombayev, emphasized the importance of women in modern society and noted that respect for them should remain at the center of public attention. He recalled the words of ancestors that "With one hand, a woman rocks the cradle, with the other — the whole world," and also remarked that "Beauty will save the world." Iskender Oskombayev added that women are the guardians of the home, caring mothers, and symbols of purity, mercy, and beauty.
