City hall employees, including vice mayors and akims of four districts, took to the streets of the capital to congratulate women on International Women's Day and present them with flowers. The municipal press service reported on this event.
Flowers were given to random passersby — girls, young women, women, and elderly residents of Bishkek, with each presentation accompanied by heartfelt congratulations.
According to the city hall, for many ladies, this was a pleasant surprise. Smiles lit up faces, and passersby stopped to express their gratitude and capture the moment in photos.
