Sadyr Japarov approved the introduction of the "Bala Yrysy" allowance
The President of Kyrgyzstan, Sadyr Japarov, announced a new initiative in the field of social support — an allowance called "Bala Yrysy." This allowance will be provided to all children, regardless of their families' financial situation.
The head of state noted that this decision was a response to numerous appeals from citizens who complained about difficulties in receiving government services and frequent refusals of payments.
“I observe how the process of receiving allowances has become a real challenge. With the introduction of 'Bala Yrysy,' we are guided by the principle that every child comes into this world with a certain blessing. It is better for the state to provide allowances even to those who do not experience acute need than to allow even one child to go without food,” Japarov stated.
According to the National Statistical Committee, the new program will affect about 445 thousand children under the age of three, providing them with necessary support during a critically important period of their development.
