"Nurlan Saburov, how are you, my friend? Haven't heard anything about you in Russia?"
Famous mixed martial arts fighter Anaurbek Bekembetov, better known by his nickname Motivator, expressed his desire to hold a boxing match with comedian Nurlan Saburov. This became known thanks to a post on social media published by Tengri Sport.
In his video message posted on Instagram, Motivator said: "Nurlan Saburov, how are you? There’s no news about you in Russia. You haven't appeared in boxing rings, but it seems you have some news. If anything, I'm ready to step into the ring for a fight."
As of now, Saburov has not responded to the challenge.
It is worth noting that 38-year-old Anaurbek "Motivator" Bekembetov is known not only for his performances in Hardcore FC but also for his bold statements and unusual situations he finds himself in.
For instance, in 2024, he was involved in a fight at one of the hotels in Almaty with Kyrgyz fighter Marсel Nurlanbekov, for which both athletes were disqualified.
Additionally, at the end of 2025, he was detained for 15 days due to an aggressive video. The court did not accept his justification that the video was made to attract attention and gain likes.
