Employees of the Regional Land and Water Supervision Department for the city of Osh and Osh region drew up acts against the violators identified as U.S. and Sh.N. They have been fined in accordance with Article 239 of the Code of Offenses of Kyrgyzstan. In addition, they have been sued for 32,716 soms for damage to the soil layer.
Inspectors issued an order stating that the illegal fences must be dismantled and the pasture area restored to its original condition. The department emphasizes that unauthorized use of land is strictly prohibited and may lead to serious consequences under current legislation.
