In the Kadamjay district, in the village of Kesken-Tash of the Orozbekov rural district, a 15-meter flagpole was installed at an altitude of 300 meters above sea level. This structure is notable for its night illumination, which makes the flag visible even in the dark.

The initiator of this project was local resident Elaman Kuduratylla uulu, who independently financed all expenses, including the purchase of materials and installation work.

According to Elaman, his inspiration for this project came after a trip to Turkey, where he noticed how respectfully they treat national symbols. "Our village borders Uzbekistan, and citizens from the neighboring country often visit us. I have long dreamed of having our flag proudly fluttering at the top of the mountain and being visible from afar — both from Shahimardan and from our territories. After my visit to Turkey, where flags flutter at every turn, I thought: why can't we have the same? And I decided to make my own, albeit small, contribution," Elaman shared.

The installation of the flagpole on the challenging mountainous terrain required significant effort:

- the height of the flagpole is 15 meters;

- the size of the flag is 3 by 5 meters;

- the support is made of durable materials capable of withstanding any weather conditions. A lighting system was installed to ensure visibility at night.

According to local residents, raising the structure to the top was a real challenge: the flagpole was lifted manually, involving seven people. The completion of the installation coincided with an important date — March 3, which is celebrated as the Day of the National Flag of the Kyrgyz Republic.
