For the first time in Uzbekistan, ginseng cultivation will begin. Experimental plots will be located in the Bostanlyk district of the Tashkent region, as well as in the foothills of Kashkadarya. This decision was made during a meeting between representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the director of the company FDfive, Chun Hong, in the South Korean city of Dongtan, as reported by Podrobno.uz.

During the negotiations, topics such as improving the fertility of salinized lands and introducing crops that can adapt to climatic conditions and demonstrate high economic efficiency were also discussed.

In addition, the parties considered the possibilities for cultivating plants such as sweet clover, Japanese millet, Italian ryegrass, Sudan grass, alfalfa, and sesbania in Uzbekistan.
