Kyrgyzstan, according to the Global Gender Gap Index, ranked 95th in the world gender gap ranking in 2025.

Analysts conducted a study on women's rights in different countries, timed to coincide with International Women's Day. The results show that humanity will not achieve full gender equality for at least another 123 years.

In the same ranking, Kazakhstan is positioned at 92nd, while Uzbekistan and Tajikistan occupy the 110th and 129th places, respectively.

The highest levels of gender equality are noted in countries such as Australia, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Canada. At the same time, the lowest indicators are recorded in the states of the Middle East and North Africa.

It is worth noting that only 14 countries have achieved full legal equality between men and women. Among them are countries such as Iceland, France, Germany, Spain, Canada, and Sweden.
