The Ministry of Emergency Situations confirmed: Pardoned Daniel Azhiev left the colony by helicopter
The rental cost 268,000 soms. The Ministry of Emergency Situations clarified that the helicopter did not land on the territory of the colony.
“The helicopter landed and took off from a site outside the facility,” the agency reported.
A video has also appeared on social media showing the helicopter taking off near the colony.
Daniel Azhiev was pardoned and released in February of this year, as his relatives reported, thanks to a decision by the President of Kyrgyzstan.
It is worth noting that in the fall of 2024, Azhiev was sentenced to nine years for organizing brothels, distributing pornography, and causing damage to property, which also included the confiscation of assets and a fine of 220,000 soms. He was banned from conducting business activities for a period of two years.
