The main goal of the competition is to support women living in targeted new buildings in Bishkek and Osh, and to increase their economic opportunities through the launch of entrepreneurial projects.
The awarded projects cover a wide range of services and production sectors, including:
- Beauty salons.
- Children's educational centers.
- Culinary and pastry workshops.
- Sewing workshops.
- Leisure and household service centers.
- Fitness centers.
- Design studios.
The "Araket" project is funded by the Swiss government and is being implemented in Kyrgyzstan by the consulting group GFA in active collaboration with local partners in 11 new buildings in Bishkek and Osh.
