Minister Nurdin Oruntaev provided information on the progress of construction. He noted that the uniqueness of this project lies in the high speed of construction: the main frame of the building was assembled in just four working days, excluding the time spent on foundation work. This result was made possible by the use of 24 large precast concrete blocks produced at the factory, which significantly reduced the project timeline. The modular system of the building has been designed with seismic standards in mind, thereby ensuring high reliability of the structure. The technology implemented allows for the rapid and high-quality construction of state facilities," the ministry reported.

The construction is taking place on Bokonbaeva Street using industrial modular technology, which involves the use of large precast concrete blocks.
The total area of the new building will be 797.86 square meters. Construction work began on November 28, 2025, and the planned completion and commissioning date is May 2026. Currently, interior finishing work is ongoing," the Ministry of Construction added.
