"Beware of Those Who Say 'Hop': The Deputy Warned the Mayor of Osh Against Passive Personnel"
He noted that the issue of providing the village of Ozgur with drinking water has remained unresolved for several years, despite changes in the mayor's office. "I have appealed to five mayors before you; you are the sixth. Ozgur supplies the entire city with clean water, but there is none in the village itself. Your predecessors promised to solve this problem, but did nothing. I want to hear your opinion on this matter," the deputy emphasized.
In response, Mayor Janar Akaev suggested not to limit the discussion to the hall and to jointly visit the site to better understand the situation and develop an action plan.
Next, Shaiyrbek Nuranov raised the issue of forming a management team, urging the mayor to be more careful with personnel appointments. In his opinion, there are still leaders in the mayor's office who tend to be inactive. "You have assembled a team, but among your employees, there are those who simply follow orders ('eerchime'). This is not everyone, but some. Such personnel, who previously responded with 'hop' and 'lyappai' (I obey) to promises of planting 50,000 trees in the Navoi Park. Be cautious with such people," he added.
As a result of the discussion, it was decided to hold an on-site meeting in the village of Ozgur to assess the condition of the water supply systems.
