Temirlan Aitiev pointed out the lack of restrictions for private clinics in this area
At a recent meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Temirlan Aitiev expressed the opinion that it is necessary to reconsider the ban on intramuscular injections in state outpatient clinics.
He noted that currently, injection services are not provided in feldsher-obstetric points and family medicine centers. The Ministry of Health explains this by concerns about anaphylactic shocks and an increase in cases of allergic reactions.
Nevertheless, the deputy emphasized that private procedure rooms are actively operating in rural areas and small settlements, receiving up to 100–200 patients daily. It is important to note that the issue of monitoring their activities and compliance with necessary standards remains unresolved.
