"The resource of the landfill is running out, and its location on the windy side exacerbates the situation. In the event of a fire, the flames will spread quickly, making it difficult for emergency services to contain the fire. This poses a threat to the ecology and health of residents in nearby settlements," he said.
The deputy expressed concern that soon the landfill will no longer be able to perform its functions and proposed two solutions to the problem: either to build a waste processing plant or to open a new modern landfill, for which at least 5 hectares of land would need to be allocated. He emphasized the importance of adhering to modern standards, including the mandatory construction of a Bekkar pit, to avoid the mistakes of the past," he added.
