The mandatory inspection of vehicles for the presence of catalysts will become a reality for the citizens of Kyrgyzstan. This draft law was presented on March 3 at a meeting of the parliamentary committee on law and order, combating crime, and countering corruption by Deputy Adilet Belekov.
In addition to this, a ban on the import of vehicles not equipped with catalysts is planned.
This draft law was initiated by deputies Marlen Mamataliyev, Medina Kairylbekova, and Adilet Belekov.
The fines for unlawful actions, such as false conclusions and the removal of catalysts, will amount to 40,000 and 30,000 soms, respectively.
