According to information provided by the Ministry of Construction, during a recent raid, objects were identified where construction work is being carried out without proper registration in the registry.
The list of objects includes:
- address at Zhukeeva-Pudovkina Street, 4;
- objects on Gvardeyskaya Street, 13, 13a, 15;
- buildings on Gorky Street, 72, 72a, 42;
- object on Yunusaliev Street, 10.
“Developers have received written notifications and mandatory orders regarding the need to prepare urban planning documentation and register the objects in the registry. We remind you that before starting any construction work, developers must obtain permits and register their objects with the relevant authorities,” the statement said.
