"In the capital, waiters possess high service skills, while in our city, many employees do not even know the basic rules of table setting and serving dishes. Therefore, since last year, we have initiated training courses. For example, in 2025, 10 waiters-bartenders aged 16 to 35 were trained at the Jalal-Abad State University named after B. Osmonov. Most of them subsequently managed to find jobs in England, Germany, and Turkey," noted Imamalieva.
This year, it is planned to prepare another 15 specialists. Considering that many cafes open only after 5:00 PM during this month of Orozo, official letters were sent to the administrations of establishments with a proposal to send two employees from each establishment for training.
