An agreement on cooperation has been signed
During a meeting in Bishkek between Almasbek Abytov, head of the Jogorku Kenesh Apparatus, and Christopher Blair, who heads the Human Dimension Department of the OSCE Program Office, an important agreement was signed.
This agreement concerns the transfer of equipment necessary for the establishment of an educational resource center at the Jogorku Kenesh.
Almasbek Abytov expressed his gratitude to the OSCE representatives for the technical support provided.
He noted that the new equipment will help organize online seminars with the participation of international experts, as well as hold meetings with local government representatives and residents. This will create additional opportunities for dialogue, experience exchange, and increasing civic engagement in the process of democratic development.
Christopher Blair also emphasized that the educational resource center will contribute to the systematic enhancement of the professional skills of parliament staff and improve interaction with civil society.
