In the Alamedin District, 366 reports of domestic violence were registered over the year.
Out of all the reports, temporary protection orders were issued in 325 cases.
The statistics on issued protection orders are as follows by gender and age:
- 307 women (including 6 minors);
- 18 men (including 2 minors).
In 2025, 52 individuals were held accountable for domestic violence under Article 70 of the Code of Offenses. Of these:
- 12 citizens were arrested;
- 34 individuals received penalties in the form of community service;
- 6 citizens were fined.
Additionally, 4 criminal cases were initiated under part 2 of Article 136, part 1 of Article 177, and part 1 of Article 374 of the Criminal Code, which were forwarded to the court for consideration.
Throughout 2025, two interdepartmental meetings aimed at preventing offenses and crimes, including cases of domestic violence, were held at the state administration of the Alamedin district.
The prosecutor's office also conducted an inspection that revealed violations of legislation. As a result, a prosecutor's response act was drawn up, and the violations were rectified.
In light of the worsening situation with offenses and crimes, the prosecutor's office of the Alamedin district is maintaining constant oversight in this area.
